Tourism Vancouver’s Dine Out Vancouver Festival lottery Grand Prize is a two-day, all-daylight train trip on Rocky Mountaineer. Dollars raised from this prize, which has been graciously donated by Rocky Mountaineer, will benefit Tourism Vancouver’s charity of choice, the BC Hospitality Foundation (BCHF).
