Tickets for the Powell River Kings Dream Lottery are $100 for each ticket. The 50/50 draw is $20 for each ticket.
The winner will be published on the Powell River Kings Hockey Club Society website, Kings Lottery web site, and on www.darelle.com . Winners will also be published in the PR Peak, emails, newsletter, and social media within a week of the draw.
Powell River Kings Dream Lottery: Chances are 1 in 2,499 (total tickets for sale) to win the prize. Actual odds depend on number of tickets sold.
50/50 Draw: Winner of the 50/50 will win one half of the money for the 50/50 ticket sales. Chances are 1 in 4,000 (total tickets for sale) to win the prize. Actual odds depend on number of tickets sold.
All inquiries, if any, on the odds of winning, are to be made to the Licensee prior to the purchase of ticket(s).
If a credit card payment is charged back you will be contacted by the Payment Processor and or Darelle Media Inc. and given an opportunity to provide replacement payment according to the terms and conditions of the Payment Processor and or Darelle Media Inc. Any tickets issued will be considered invalid until replacement payment is received.
Purchasers must be at least 19 years of age. If a winning ticket bears a minor’s name, the prize will be lawfully delivered on behalf of the minor to the minor’s parent, legal guardian or trustee.
Yes, the Powell River Kings Hockey Club Society has contracted the services of Darelle Media Inc. (www.darelle.com) to sell Lottery Tickets through the Internet by way of a real time processing and payment system and where the purchaser’s ticket is paid for immediately online. The transaction and payment processing system used for processing online ticket sales is Payment Card Industry (PCI) Security Standards Council compliant. Lottery Tickets purchased through the Internet will be delivered to the Purchaser by email through the Internet where the Purchaser will download a copy of the ticket. In addition:

The lottery is intended for B.C. residents. Ticket buyers must be in British Columbia at the time of purchase. A non-resident of British Columbia may purchase a ticket if the entire payment transaction takes place while the person is in British Columbia and if the ticket or a receipt is issued at that time.
Tickets or receipts cannot be distributed to, mailed or otherwise sent to a non-residents third-party address in British Columbia. Prizes will not be delivered to an address outside of British Columbia or to a person other than the registered ticket holder.
There are seven (7) prizes to be won. Five (5) prizes for the main draw on January 7, 2017 and one (1) for the Early Bird on November 12, 2016 and one (1) Bonus Pre-Christmas Draw on December 10, 2015.
Winners of the prize will be required to sign a “Receipt of Prize” and consent to the release of their names by the licensee.
The total prize value is approximately $104,614.08 based on Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price as provided by our suppliers and this amount includes any related taxes on the individual prizes. Prizes must be accepted as is and must be claimed within 12 months of the draw date. To claim the prize, the Winner must provide the ticket stub or ticket (Purchased through Internet) and/or valid photo identification with proof of B.C. residency upon request.

Yes, although one person will be designated as the primary purchaser and will be responsible for distributing the winnings between the multiple purchasers. The licensee is not responsible for distributing winnings or resolving disputes between ticket purchasers.
Prizes must be claimed within twelve (12) months of the Final Draw.
The primary ticket purchaser will be notified by email, phone and/or mail by the Powell River Kings Hockey Club Society as to what they have won and where/how to claim their prize(s). A complete list of winners will be published in the PR Peak and will also be posted online on the Kings Hockey Club website, Kings Lottery website and on www.darelle.com .

If you purchase your ticket through the www.darelle.com , you should receive your ticket within minutes if the order has been placed Online. Yes, the winner’s name will be published in the PR Peak, the Kings website, Kings Lottery website. The winner’s name will also be posted at www.darelle.com and be communicated electronically to all those who purchased tickets.
The prize will be drawn manually from a barrel. Draw date is January 7, 2017 at Hap Parker Arena 5001 Joyce Avenue, Powell River, B.C. V8A 5R2, between the second and third period of a scheduled game. Approximately 9:00 PM. Early bird draw is on November 12, 2016 at Hap Parker Arena at approximately 9:00 PM. Bonus Pre Christmas Draw is December 10, 2016 at Hap Parker Arena at approximately 9:00 PM. The winner does not have to be present to claim the prize. Tickets may be purchased up to 8:00 PM on draw dates.
