A non-resident of British Columbia may purchase a ticket only if the entire payment transaction takes place while the person is in British Columbia and if the ticket or a receipt is issued at that time. Tickets or receipts will not be distributed to, mailed or otherwise sent to a non-resident’s third-party address in B.C. Ticket Purchaser must be 19 years of age or older. If a minor's name appears on the ticket stub the prize shall be delivered to the minor's parents, Legal Guardian or Trustee.

Draw date is April the 30 by way of an electronic draw selected by a random number generator. The location is at the Powell River Kings office. 5001 Joyce Avenue, Powell River B.C. V8A 5R2. Time approximate is 8:00PM. Online sales up to Midnight on April 29/18. In person sales Midnight April 29/18 30/18
The winner does not have to be present to claim the prize but will be required to provide the following:
-All sales are final once the ticket number is assigned, and all sales are subject to credit approval.
-The Licensee reserves discretionary right not to accept entries
-The Purchaser is responsible for proof-of-ownership of shared tickets. Liability of the Powell River Kings Hockey Club shall be limited to ticket price paid.
-Winners will be notified by phone and/or mail by Powell River Kings Hockey Club
-Winners consent to the release of their names and photo by the Licensee.
-The winner will be published on Kings web site after being contacted.
