ALL-CASH DREAM LOTTERY RAFFLE INFORMATION:
If all of the tickets are sold the chances of winning is 1 in 2400 to win the grand prize of $50,000.00.
There are eight (8) cash prizes available to be won. The main prize is $50,000.00, 2nd. $5,000.00 3rd. $3000.00, 4th. $1000.00. 5th. $1000.00. 6th. $1000.00, 7th. $1000.00 8th. $1000.00 and additional two Early Bird Draws $10,000 on November 23, 2019 and $7,000 on December 31, 2019.
The value of all prizes for the main raffle is $80,000.00 in cash.
Main draw date is January 10, 2020 @ approx. 8:45 PM. Sales cut-off times for ticket sales for is 4:00 PM January 10, 2020. Early Bird draw is November 23, 2019, @approx. 6:45 PM, sales cut-off sales is at 4:00 PM on November 23/19. New Year Bonus Draw, @approx. 6:45 PM December 31, 2019, sales cut off is 4:00 PM on December 31, 2019.
All draws will take place at the Hap Parker Arena located at 5001 Joyce Avenue, Powell River, and B.C. V8 5R2. Only tickets that have been paid for and/or verified as paid are eligible to be entered in the draws. The winner does not have to be present to claim the prize.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and must be claimed within one (1) year of the draw date.
To claim a prize the prize winners must provide the following documents on request:
Winners of a prize will be required to sign a “Receipt of Prize” and consent to the release of their names by the Licensee.
The winning numbers are selected by using a computer software that utilizes an electric raffle system (ERS) GPEB certified software random number generator and are selected in ascending values. Each ticket will be re-entered for subsequent prize drawings; thus, each person has a chance at winning all the prizes.
DREAM LOTTERY 50/50 RAFFLE INFORMATION.
50/50 tickets must be purchased in conjunction with the All Cash Dream Lottery Ticket. A purchaser may purchase as many Dream Lottery 50/50 tickets they wish provided they purchase at least one All- Cash Dream Lottery Ticket. There is no limit to the number of 50/50 tickets they wish to purchase,

ONLINE TICKET SALES
Powell River Kings Hockey Club Society has contracted the services of Darelle Media Inc. (www.darelle.com) to sell Lottery tickets through the Internet by way of a real-time processing and payment system and where the purchaser’s ticket is paid for immediately online. The transaction and payment processing system used for processing online ticket sales is Payment Card Industry (PCI) Security Standards Council compliant. Lottery tickets will be sent to the purchaser by email or through the Internet where the Purchaser will download and print a copy of the ticket.
If a credit card payment is charged back, you will be contacted by the Payment Processor, the Powell River Kings Hockey Club Society, and/or Darelle Media Inc. and given opportunity to provide replacement payment according to the terms and conditions of the Payment Processor and or Darelle Media Inc. Any tickets issued will be considered invalid until replacement payment is received.
All sales are final once the ticket number is assigned, and all sales are subject to credit approval. The Licensee reserves discretionary right not to accept entries.
ELIGIBILITY:
The following people are not permitted to purchase tickets in this lottery: Directors of The Powell River Kings Hockey Club Society who are directly involved in the administration of the raffle and the immediate family or employees of Darelle Media Inc. Immediate family includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren.
In addition:
A non-resident of British Columbia may purchase a ticket only if the entire payment transaction takes place while the person is physically in British Columbia and if the ticket or a receipt is issued at that time. Tickets or receipts will not be distributed to, emailed, mailed or otherwise sent to a non-resident’s third-party address in B.C. A non-resident winner of a prize is responsible for all costs associated with delivery of prize to the location the winner specifies, that is outside the province of British Columbia.
When a resident of British Columbia is outside the province of British Columbia they may not place an order to purchase tickets. This restriction includes all methods of ordering tickets.
Ticket Purchaser must be 19 years of age or older. If a winning ticket bears a minor’s name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor’s parents, legal guardian or trustee.

The Purchaser is responsible for proof-of-ownership of shared tickets.
Should a prize be unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of the Powell River Kings Hockey Club Society, the winner shall be awarded the fair market value of the prize.
The liability of the Powell River Kings Hockey Club Society is limited to the ticket price paid.
Winners will be notified directly by email, phone and/or mail by the Powell River Kings Hockey Club Society as to the prize they have won and how to claim.
Winners consent to the release of their names by the Licensee. The list of winners will be published on the Powell River Kings Hockey Club Society located at www.prkingsdreamlottery@shaw.ca and at www.darelle.com
