Ticket orders will be available for purchase over the internet and at multiple physical locations. We will also be able to process orders on a purchaser’s behalf at the offices of the Skyfest Society. The Purchaser will receive, by email, a confirmation of the order with their ticket number(s) and tickets(s) attached and available for download and to print.
A total of 5,000 tickets are available, with 5,000 tickets for $20.
Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.
The following people are not permitted to purchase tickets in this lottery: employees and their immediate family member(s) of Skyfest Society or employees and partners of Darelle Media Inc.
A non-resident of British Columbia may purchase a ticket only if the entire payment transaction takes place while the person is physically in British Columbia and if the ticket or a receipt is issued at that time. Tickets or receipts will not be distributed to, emailed, mailed or otherwise sent to a non-resident’s third-party address in B.C. A winner of a prize is responsible for all costs associated with delivery of prize.
When a resident of British Columbia is outside the province of British Columbia they may not place an order to purchase tickets. This restriction includes all methods of ordering tickets.

Non-residents of British Columbia may not order tickets by telephone, fax or mail.

The odds of winning are 1 in 5,000 to win the grand prize. Actual odds are dependent on the number of tickets sold.
Prizes are awarded tax free in Canada. The price of tickets is not deductible as a charitable donation for tax purposes in Canada.
Cut-off times for ticket sales are at 12:00 pm (noon) on August 6, 2017. The final draw for all prizes will be held at the Quesnel Regional Airport at 3:00 pm on August 6, 2017. Only tickets that have been paid for and/or verified as paid are eligible to be entered in the draw(s).
There is two prize(s) available to be won.
The retail value of all prizes is $29,649.00; based on Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price as provided by our supplier and this amount includes any related taxes on the individual prizes.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and must be claimed within one (1) year of the draw date. No substitutions are permitted by winners except where a cash option or alternate prize is specified. Prizes may not be exactly as shown.
Skyfest Society has contracted the services of Darelle Media Inc. (www.darelle.com) to sell Lottery tickets through the Internet by way of a real-time processing and payment system and where the purchaser’s ticket is paid for immediately online. The transaction and payment processing system used for processing online ticket sales is Payment Card Industry (PCI) Security Standards Council compliant.
Lottery tickets will be sent to the purchaser by email or through the Internet where the Purchaser will download and print a copy of the ticket.
Each ticket is not re-entered for subsequent prize drawings.
The list of major winners will be published on the Skyfest Society website at www.quesnelskyfest.ca and on www.darelle.com . A list of winners will be emailed to every ticket purchaser and be available at www.quesnelskyfest.ca.
The records of Skyfest Society shall be deemed correct if there is a discrepancy in numbers.
All sales are final once the ticket number is assigned, and all sales are subject to credit approval. The Licensee reserves discretionary right not to accept entries.
The Purchaser is responsible for proof-of-ownership of shared tickets.
Should a prize be unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of the Skyfest Society, the winner shall be awarded the fair market value of the prize.
The liability of the Skyfest Society is limited to the ticket price paid.
Winners will be notified directly by email, phone and/or mail by the Skyfest Society as to the prize they have won and how to claim.
Winners consent to the release of their names by the Licensee. The list of winners will be published on the Skyfest Society located at www.quesnelskyfest.ca and at www.darelle.com
If there is a discrepancy, the list and rules located at www.darelle.com shall be deemed correct.

Information provided through ticket purchase will be used to deliver services and keep you informed on activities of the Skyfest Society including programs, services, special-events, funding needs, opportunities to volunteer or give and more, through periodic contacts.
