Ticket orders will be available for purchase over the internet and by phone at (604) 434-0880 ext. 102 by credit card to process orders on a purchaser's behalf at the offices of the Autism Society of British Columbia. The Purchaser will receive, by email, a confirmation of the order with their ticket number(s) and tickets(s) attached and available for download and to print.
Main Raffle Ticket: A total of 7250 tickets are available, with 750 tickets for $20.00 each and 3000 tickets @ 3 for $50 and 3500 tickets @ 10 for $100 .
50/50 Raffle Ticket: A total of 2200 tickets are available, with 1000 tickets for $10.00 each and 1200 tickets @ 3 for $25 .
Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia. Tickets for the Main Raffle and 50/50 raffle will be sold over the internet and offline.
The following people are not permitted to purchase tickets in this lottery: members(s), employees or volunteers of Autism Society of British Columbia who are directly involved in the administration of the raffle and their immediate family or employees of Darelle Media Inc. Immediate family includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren.
A non-resident of British Columbia (“Non-Resident”) may purchase a ticket only if the entire payment transaction takes place while the person is physically in British Columbia and if the ticket or a receipt is issued at that time. Tickets or receipts will not be distributed to, emailed, mailed or otherwise sent to a Non-Resident’s third-party address in B.C. A non-resident winner of a prize is responsible for all costs associated with delivery of prize to the location the winner specifies, that is outside the province of British Columbia.
When a resident of British Columbia is outside the province of British Columbia they may not place an order to purchase tickets. This restriction includes all methods of ordering tickets.

The odds of winning the Main Raffle are 1 in 7,250 to win the grand prize. The chances of winning the 50/50 raffle are 1 in 2,200. Actual odds of winning the Main Raffle and/or the 50/50 raffle is dependent upon the actual number of tickets sold.
Prizes are awarded tax free in Canada. The price of tickets is not deductible as a charitable donation for tax purposes in Canada.
Cut-off time for the early-bird draw is midnight on August 28, 2020. The early-bird draw will be held at 10:00 on August 31, 2020. Cut-off times for ticket sales for the Main Raffle Ticket and 50/50 draw are at 20:00 on October 25, 2020. The final draw for all prizes will be held at 20:30 on October 25, 2020. All draws will take place at the Pacific Autism Family Network Building - Autism Society of British Columbia office located at 3688 Cessna Drive, Richmond, B.C. V7C 1C7. Only tickets that have been paid for and/or verified as paid are eligible to be entered in the draw(s).
There are four (4) prize(s) available to be won, including an early bird prize on the Main Raffle.
The retail value of all prizes in the Main Raffle is $27,300.00 based on Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price as provided by our supplier and this amount includes any related taxes on the individual prizes.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and must be claimed within one (1) year of the draw date. No substitutions are permitted by winners except where a cash option or alternate prize is specified. Prizes may not be exactly as shown.
Winners of a prize will be required to sign a “Receipt of Prize” and consent to the release of their names by the Licensee.
The Autism Society of British Columbia has contracted the services of Darelle Media Inc. (www.darelle.com) to sell Lottery tickets through the Internet by way of a real-time processing and payment system and where the purchaser’s ticket is paid for immediately online. The transaction and payment processing system used for processing online ticket sales is Payment Card Industry (PCI) Security Standards Council compliant.
Lottery tickets will be sent to the purchaser by email or through the Internet where the Purchaser will download and print a copy of the ticket.
Non-residents of British Columbia cannot purchase tickets by phone, fax or mail.
Each ticket will be re-entered for subsequent prize drawings, thus each person has a chance at winning all the prizes. Each winning ticket will be selected using a random number generator.
The list of major winners will be published on the Autism Society of British Columbia website at www.autism.ca and on www.darelle.com. A list of winners will be emailed to every ticket purchaser and be available at www.autism.ca.
If a credit card payment is charged back, you will be contacted by the Payment Processor, the Autism Society of British Columbia, and/or Darelle Media Inc. and given opportunity to provide replacement payment according to the terms and conditions of the Payment Processor and or Darelle Media Inc. Any tickets issued will be considered invalid until replacement payment is received.
The records of Autism Society of British Columbia shall be deemed correct if there is a discrepancy in numbers.
All sales are final once the ticket number is assigned, and all sales are subject to credit approval. The Licensee reserves discretionary right not to accept entries.
The Purchaser is responsible for proof-of-ownership of shared tickets.
Should a prize be unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of the Autism Society of British Columbia, the winner shall be awarded the fair market value of the prize.
The liability of the Autism Society of British Columbia is limited to the ticket price paid.
Winners will be notified directly by email, phone and/or mail by the Autism Society of BC as to the prize they have won and how to claim.
Winners consent to the release of their names by the Licensee. The list of winners will be published on the Autism Society of British Columbia located at www.autism.ca and at www.darelle.com
If there is a discrepancy, the list and rules located at www.darelle.com shall be deemed correct.
