A purchaser may purchase as many First Cause 50-50 tickets as they wish.
Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.
Ticket Purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.
Prizes are awarded tax free in Canada. The price of tickets is not deductible as a charitable donation for tax purposes in Canada.

The First Cause Ride 50-50 Draw will be held at 5:00PM on August 20th, 2016 at the Central City Brew Pub, Surrey, B.C. V3T 5X3
50/50 Draw Lottery
There is one prize available to be won in the 50/50 Draw Lottery. The 50/50 Draw Lottery prize to be awarded is calculated as 50% of the gross revenue generated by actual tickets sold.
The following people are not permitted to purchase tickets in this lottery: board members, partners and employees of Vancouver Fire Fighters’ Charitable Society or employees and partners of Darelle Media Inc. A non-resident of British Columbia may purchase a ticket only if the entire payment transaction takes place while the person is physically in British Columbia and if the ticket or a receipt is issued at that time. Tickets must be purchased at a retail sales outlet, or directly through licencee.
Non-residents of British Columbia may not order tickets by telephone, fax, mail.
Tickets or receipts will not be distributed to, emailed, mailed or otherwise sent to a non-resident’s third-party address in B.C.
A resident or non-resident of British Columbia may purchase a ticket only if the entire payment transaction takes place while the person is physically in British Columbia and if the ticket or a receipt is issued at that time. When a resident of British Columbia is outside the province of British Columbia they may not place an order to purchase tickets. This restriction includes all methods of ordering tickets.

The Vancouver Fire Fighters’ Charitable Society has contracted the services of Darelle Media Inc. (www.darelle.com) to sell Tickets through the Internet by way of a real time processing and payment system and where the purchaser’s ticket is paid for immediately online. The transaction and payment processing system used for processing online ticket sales (PayPal) is Payment Card Industry (PCI) Security Standards Council compliant.
Tickets will be sent to the purchaser by email or through the Internet where the Purchaser will download and print a copy of the ticket.
Prize winner(s) is drawn from a barrel.

The records of the licence shall be deemed correct if there is a discrepancy in numbers.
All sales are final once the ticket number is assigned, and all sales are subject to credit approval.
The Licensee reserves discretionary right not to accept entries.
Tickets purchased will be delivered via email online within minutes or at time of purchase.
The Winner will be notified directly by email, phone and/or mail by the licencee they have won and how to claim.
Winner(s) consent to the release of their names by the Licensee.
Winner(s) have (12) Twelve Months from the draw date to claim their prizes.
If there is a discrepancy, the list and rules located at www.darelle.com/VancouverFirFighters shall be deemed correct.

Information provided through ticket purchase will be used to deliver services and keep you informed on activities of the organization, services, special-events, funding needs, opportunities to volunteer or give and more, through periodic contacts.

Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older. If a winning ticket bears a minor’s name, the prize will be lawfully delivered on behalf of the minor to the minor’s parent, legal guardian or trustee.
