TICKETS AVAILABLE:

A total of 10,000 tickets are available, at 1 for $10.

A purchaser may purchase as many tickets as they wish.

Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.

Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.

Ticket sales begin on May 4, 2016 at 12:00 a.m. (PDT) and end on October 3, 2016 at 12:00 am (midnight) (PDT).

Ticket orders are now available for purchase over the internet. The online Purchaser will receive, by email, a confirmation of the order with their ticket number(s) and ticket(s) attached and available for download and to print.

DRAW DATE, TIME AND LOCATION:

The draw will take place on October 5, 2016 at Van Dusen Botanical Garden (5251 Oak St, Vancouver, BC) at 3:00 p.m. (PDT). The winner of the prize does not have to be present at the draw to win the prize.

PRIZE DETAILS:

The value of the 1966 Ford Mustang Convertible is $25,000.00 (based on official appraisal from C/S Automotive Appraisal Services).

Prize must be accepted as is and must be claimed within 12 months of the draw date. To claim the car prize, the Winner must provide ticket stub and/or valid photo identification with proof of B.C. residency upon request.

ELIGIBILITY:

Ticket purchasers must be 19 years or older.

Tickets or receipts will not be distributed to, mailed or otherwise sent to a non-resident’s third-party address in B.C.

A resident of British Columbia may purchase a ticket only if the entire payment transaction takes place while the person is physically in British Columbia and if the ticket or a receipt is issued at that time. When a resident of British Columbia is outside the province of British Columbia they may not place an order to purchase tickets. This restriction includes all methods of ordering tickets, including mailing in your order.

Tapestry Foundation for Health Care employees and any other individuals directly involved in the administration of the raffle are not permitted to purchase tickets.

ONLINE TICKET SALES

The Tapestry Foundation for Health Care has contracted the services of Darelle Media Inc. (www.darelle.com) to sell Win and Drive a 1966 Ford Mustang (“Lottery Tickets”) through the Internet by way of a real time processing and payment system and where the purchaser’s ticket is paid for immediately online. The transaction and payment processing system used for processing online ticket sales (PayPal) is Payment Card Industry (PCI) Security Standards Council compliant.

The Lottery Tickets will be sent to the purchaser by email or through the Internet where the Purchaser will download and print a copy of the ticket.

OTHER PERTINENT INFORMATION:

The Winner will be published on Tapestry Foundation for Health Care’s website, emails, newsletter, social media, Providence Health Care News, and may also be published in any other media outlet that is affiliated with the Foundation.

All sales are final once the ticket number is assigned, and all sales are subject to credit approval.

The Licensee reserves discretionary right not to accept entries.

The Purchaser is responsible for proof-of-ownership of shared tickets.

Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of your official ticket via mail, if mailing is requested

Tickets purchased through the Internet will be delivered via email online within minutes.

Should a prize be unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Foundations’ control, the Winner shall be awarded the fair market value of the prize.

The liability of the Foundation is limited to the ticket price paid.

The Winner is responsible for the cost of shipping/delivery.

Winner consents to the release of their name and photo by the Licensee.

Tapestry Foundation will notify the Winner by phone, email, and/or mail that they have won and how they can claim their prize. Winner consents to the release of their name and photo by the Licensee.

The car prize is awarded tax-free in Canada. The price of tickets is not deductible as a charitable donation for tax purposes in Canada.
