1. TICKET INFORMATION:

Ticket orders will be available for purchase over the internet and 1 physical location will be able to process orders on a purchaser’s behalf at the offices of the Crisis Centre of BC. The Purchaser will receive, by email, a confirmation of the order with their ticket number(s) and tickets(s) attached and available for download and to print. After the cut-off date, winners will be drawn from a draw barrel.

A total of 7,000 tickets are available, with 2,500 tickets for $10 and 4,500 tickets @ 3 for $25. The number of tickets available for sale in each category will not change, nor will the total number of tickets available, 7,000.
Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.
Ticket Purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.
2. TAX INFORMATION:
Prizes are awarded tax free in Canada. The price of tickets is not deductible as a charitable donation for tax purposes in Canada.
3. PERTINENT SALES CUT-OFF DATES:
Final Sales Cut-off is 11:59pm on December 28, 2016.
4. PERTINENT DRAW DATES:
The final draw for all prizes will be held on December 30, 2016 at the Crisis Centre of BC located at 763 East Broadway in Vancouver, BC V5T 1X8. Prizes to be drawn in order of ascending value, starting with the prize of the least value.

5. CASH EQUIVALENTS AND PRIZE DETAILS:
There are 6 prizes available to be won.
The retail value of all prizes is $8,916 based on Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price as provided by our suppliers and this amount includes any related taxes on the individual prizes.
Tickets are not re-entered after each prize drawing. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and must be claimed within 12 months of the draw date. No substitutions are permitted and prizes must be accepted as awarded, there is no cash substitute option.
6. ELIGIBILITY:
The following people are not permitted to purchase tickets in this lottery: employees and partners of Crisis Intervention and Suicide Prevention Centre of BC or employees and partners of Darelle Media Inc. A non-resident of British Columbia may purchase a ticket only if the entire payment transaction takes place while the person is physically in British Columbia and if the ticket or a receipt is issued at that time.
Non-residents of British Columbia may not order tickets by telephone, fax or mail.
Tickets or receipts will not be distributed to, emailed, mailed or otherwise sent to a nonresident’s third-party address in B.C.
A resident of British Columbia may purchase a ticket only if the entire payment transaction takes place while the person is physically in British Columbia and if the ticket or a receipt is issued at that time. When a resident of British Columbia is outside the province of British Columbia they may not place an order to purchase tickets. This restriction includes all methods of ordering tickets.

7. ONLINE TICKET SALES
The Crisis Intervention and Suicide Prevention Centre of BC has contracted the services of
Darelle Media Inc. (www.darelle.com) to sell Crisis Centre Life Lottery tickets through the Internet by way of a real time processing and payment system and where the purchaser’s ticket is paid for immediately online. The transaction and payment processing system used for processing online ticket sales (PayPal) is Payment Card Industry (PCI) Security Standards Council compliant.
Crisis Centre Life Lottery tickets will be sent to the purchaser by email or through the Internet where the Purchaser will download and print a copy of the ticket.
8. OTHER PERTINENT INFORMATION:
All prizes will be awarded based on an electronic random number generator.
Each ticket is not re-entered for subsequent prize drawings.
The list of major winners will be published on the Crisis Intervention and Suicide Prevention Centre of BC’s website at www.crisiscentre.bc.ca and on www.darelle.com/CrisisCentre. A list of winners will be emailed to every ticket purchaser and be available at 763 East Broadway, Vancouver.
Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older. If a winning ticket bears a minor’s name, the prize will be lawfully delivered on behalf of the minor to the minor’s parent, legal guardian or trustee.
Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia
The records of Crisis Intervention and Suicide Prevention Centre of BC shall be deemed correct if there is a discrepancy in numbers.
All sales are final once the ticket number is assigned, and all sales are subject to credit approval.
The Licensee reserves discretionary right not to accept entries.
The Purchaser is responsible for proof-of-ownership of shared tickets.
Tickets purchased will be delivered via email online within minutes.
Should a prize be unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of the Crisis Intervention and Suicide Prevention Centre of BC, the winner shall be awarded the fair market value of the prize.
The liability of the Crisis Intervention and Suicide Prevention Centre of BC is limited to the ticket price paid.
Winners will be notified directly by email, phone and/or mail by the Crisis Intervention and Suicide Prevention Centre of BC as to the prize they have won and how to claim.
Winners consent to the release of their names by the Licensee.
Winners have (12) Twelve Months from the draw date to claim their prizes.
If there is a discrepancy, the list and rules located at www.darelle.com/CrisisCentre shall be deemed correct.

Information provided through ticket purchase will be used to deliver services and keep you informed on activities of the Crisis Intervention and Suicide Prevention Centre of BC including programs, services, special-events, funding needs, opportunities to volunteer or give and more, through periodic contacts.
